Dhaka – On his arrival in Dhaka from London, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman spoke by phone with Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus, party officials said on Thursday.
Mr. Rahman made the call from the lobby of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. He was returning home after 17 years of exile in the United Kingdom.
During the conversation, Rahman inquired about the Chief Adviser’s health. He thanked Yunus for ensuring his safety and also expressed gratitude on behalf of himself and his family.
