Dhaka – Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will return home from the USA on September 30 instead of her previously chalked schedule of September 26.
State-run Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha reported from New York quoting the PM’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim that the Prime Minister is expected to leave Washington for home on September 29 and reach Dhaka next day.
According to previous schedule, she was scheduled to leave Washington on September 25 and reach home on September 26.
Hasina is expected to pass time with her son Sajeeb Wazed Joy and his family.
She arrived in Washington from New York Thursday wrapping up her busy five-day schedule in New York.
During her 11-day official trip, Hasina joined the Global Fund conference in Montreal of Canada and then the 71st United Nations General Assembly in New York. She also had a number of meetings with global leaders on the sideline of the UNGA.
