Dhaka – Local residents on Monday found bullet-riddles bodies of three unidentified youths in northern Dinajpur district, police said.

The bodies were found on the wayside at Kolabari of Ghiraghat sub-district in the morning. They were believed to have shot from close range on their heads, officer M A Anwar Hossain told reporters.

The youths are between the age of 30 and 35, said the officer who could not ascertain the reason behind the murder.

“Police recovered the bodies. All of them were bullet riddled on their heads. No other injury marks were found in their bodies,” Hossain said.

The officer suspect that the youths were killed somewhere else and the killers might have left them on the wayside. An investigation was launched into the murder.
