Writer, social activist and tech evangelist Md. Altamis Nabil was awarded the Global Youth Leadership Award at the 2022 Global Youth Leadership Summit held at the Royal Thai Army Club in Bangkok, Thailand. At the summit held on June 24, young leaders from more than twenty countries were participated in this summit. The summit was organized by Global Youth Parliament & United Nations Peace Keepers Federal Council. Nabil was awarded in recognition of his commendable contribution to the skill development of the youth of Bangladesh.
Commenting on the award, Altamis Nabil said, “All the recognition of life gained in the international arena is a great inspiration. This international recognition will serve as an incentive for young people to work on their skills and to address the various challenges and inconsistencies in society, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.”
Altamis Nabil is currently serving the role of head of managed services at a multinational company called Miaki. He is also the current President of Junior Chamber International-JCI Dhaka West. He also established a social initiative called B. Positive Foundation. So far few of his books have been published in Bangladesh & India. Besides, he is conducting various workshops for the youth across the country on various topics including personal branding, content writing, application monetization.
