Dhaka – State-run Biman Bangladesh Airlines has suspended all its fights to Kuala Lumpur as Malaysia announced a nationwide lockdown for two weeks amid the coronavirus pandemic, officials said in Dhaka.
A Biman spokeswoman said flights between Dhaka and Kula Lumpur will remain shut between March and March 30. Many Bangladeshi citizens have living in Malaysia either for their job or businesses.
Earlier, Bangladesh suspended flights with India, Europe (excluding United Kingdom) and Muscat among others.
