Dhaka – Different cultural organisations chalked out programmes for Tuesday to remember former Bangladesh’s superstar Salman Shah on his 20th anniversary of death.
Artists, producers and the fans of Shah organized discussion to highlight the life of the former superstar who died on this in 1996.
A special prayer session was arranged at Bangladesh Film Development Corporation premises, said the organisers. Private television channels will air programmes paying tributes to the late superstar.
The mystery behind the death of Shahriar Chowdhury Emon, popularly known as Salman Shah, could not be unearthed in the last 20 years. He died at the age of 25 at an apartment in Eskaton.
Shah had started his career with a television serial. His major role made him famous ‘Keyamat Thekey Keyamat’ released in 1993. He acted in a total of 27 films.
