The authorities have been figuring out the options to operate the metro service on Fridays, weekend in Bangladesh.
MAN Siddique, managing director of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd, said the preparations are being made to see how the metros could be run on the weekends. And a decision towards this end will be made very soon.
"We have to change the software and do some other works to start the operations on Fridays," he told reporters on Monday.
